Affordable Housing program will provide direct housing placement into mixed used housing units for only approved and selected clients.

Affordable Housing Program client's will be provided home buyers education and via completion of the program. They will have access for homeownership through privately owned homes for purchase.
Homeownership will be provided for low to moderate income families and individuals who meet program requirements.
